returns and exchanges

  • if there is a defect or an issue with your order, or if it is not what you expected, please follow the instructions in our returns portal to arrange a return or exchange.

  • for all orders, the portal will remain active for 14 days after your order is delivered. once you initiate the return, you will have 7 days to use the provided return slip.
  • for orders made between 28/11/2024 and 25/12/2024, we offer an extended returns period:

    • the portal will remain active for 30 days after your order is delivered. once you initiate the return, you will have 7 days to use the provided return slip.

sale items

  • sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded, but may be exchanged.

  • orders shipped to eu countries are sent on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.

  • any fees required to release your order from customs must be paid by you.

  • if these fees are refused, picante reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
